Hi, I’m Selina Rose, founder of the Eats & Asana Method. I used to live my days filled with anxiety and with my never-ending task list looming over me. I felt like I was constantly giving out energy I didn’t have to other people and things, without any time for myself. It took me getting close to burnout before I found yoga. I was a huge skeptic at first, but something about yoga called to me.
When I started practicing yoga I was finally able to calm down. I could connect with myself and get clear on what I really wanted for my life. That’s when things began to change. I used tools from my yoga practice throughout the day to refresh and refocus so I could feel in control. Now, after becoming a Certified Yoga Teacher and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, I recognize just how important it is to fuel our minds and bodies for success. It’s my mission to share the tools that made such a difference in my life, with other ambitious professionals so they can play full-out and actually feel good on the way to achieving their goals.
