 1 ½ cups Kale/ spinach/ greens
 1 Banana
 ¼ Avocado
 1 tsp Flax seeds
 ½ tsp Cinnamon
 2 cups Filtered water

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, adding more water as needed. Serve immediately.
