A summer time dessert so delicious you’ll want it every day! The best part is, it’s filled with healthy fat, antioxidants and fiber, so you can eat it (almost) as often as you’d like.
Mash ripe avocado and peeled bananas together in a bowl (or use food processor).
Add unsweetened cocoa and stir together until it forms a pudding-like consistency. Stir in cinnamon.
Chill for 1 hour and serve. Ground flax seeds and fresh berries can be used for garnish.
