A delicious twist on margarine that contains absolutely no dairy! Olive oil gives coconut oil a savory flavour, which tastes great anywhere you would normally use butter. Because this spread contains olive oil it is not recommended for high heat cooking.
Soften coconut oil in a mixing bowl with the beaters of a hand mixer until it is smooth.
Add olive oil to the mixing bowl and beat together with a hand mixer (or in the food processer) until combined.
Store at room temperature in a glass jar or container.
