Ginger-Nut Dressing

This Asian-inspired dressing is so delicious you’ll want to put it on everything! It goes well with fresh, raw salads, or as a dip for cooked chicken skewers.

 1 Clove garlic (large)
 1 tbsp Tamari sauce
 1 tbsp Natural peanut or almond butter
 1 tbsp Chopped ginger
 ¼ cup Rice vinegar
 ¼ tsp Honey
 1 pinch Chili flakes

In a blender combine all of the ingredients until smooth. Use to top a salad or as a dip for chicken skewers.
