Green Goodness Smoothie

A great way to get your greens in the morning is through a smoothie. Use a high powered blender for best results.

 ½ Granny Smith apple (diced)
 1 cup Kale—washed, dried, chopped
 ¼ cup Parsley—washed, dried, chopped
 1 Frozen banana
 1 cup Coconut water
 1 scoop Protein powder (try Sun Warrior or Vega’s French Vanilla)
 2 tbsp Hemp seeds

Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend again, if ingredients were not cold.
