 6 chunks of frozen mango
 1 handful of raw spinach
 ½ frozen banana
 ½ cup almond milk
 ½ cup water
 1 tbsp chia seeds, flax seeds and hemp seeds
 1 scoop protein powder of your choice
 Dash of cinnamon

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
