Ingredients
 1 cup coconut milk
 ½ cup sweet potato (baked/roasted and cooled)
 ½ banana
 1 data (or use 1 tsp maple syrup)
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 ¼ tsp allspice
 ¼ tsp turmeric
 2 tbsp hemp hearts
 1 tsp ground flax seeds
 1 scoop protein powder(your choice)
 4 ice cubes

Spoon sweet potato flesh (skin off) into your blender. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy.

Note: If you have pureed pumpkin on hand you can sub the sweet potato for an equal amount of pumpkin
