Southwestern Spice Rub

This versatile spice rub can be used on steak for grilling, or ground meats as a taco seasoning.

 2 tbsp Cumin
 2 tbsp Chili powder
 2 tbsp Paprika
 1 tbsp Ground coriander
 1 tbsp Garlic powder
 1 tbsp Sea salt
 1 tsp Dried oregano
 1 tsp Chili flakes
1

In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together. Mix thoroughly. This spice mixture should be stored in an airtight container, and will keep for up to 6 months.
