Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

This dish is simple, memorable and bound to please hot sauce addicts. Eat as a side dish, on its own, or add to soups or salads.

  cup High-heat oil (grape seed oil, avocado oil or melted coconut oil)
 1 tbsp Soy sauce
 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
 1 Sriracha or other hot sauce
 To taste Pepper
 Parchment paper

Preheat oven to 400o. Grease a baking sheet with coconut oil, or line with parchment paper.

In a large bowl combine oil, soy sauce, vinegar and hot sauce. Whisk well.

Chop cauliflower into ¾” florets and gently coat pieces to marinade.

Arrange cauliflower on baking sheet and sprinkle with pepper.

Roast in the oven for 10 minutes per side, or until tender.
