Kale Chips

Get your greens and satisfy your cravings for salt and crunch!

Yields1 Serving
 1 bunch of Kale
 ½ tsp Sea salt
 ¼ tsp Black pepper
 ¼ tsp Paprika
 1 tbsp Nutritional yeast
 1 ½ tbsp Melted butter or ghee

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a non-insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.

With a knife carefully remove the kale leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash kale leaves and thoroughly dry with a salad spinner.

Drizzle kale with melted butter/ghee and sprinkle with nutritional yeast and other seasonings.

Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.

Note: you can add nutritional yeast flakes to your kale chips when they’re fresh from the oven for a cheesy taste.
