Power Berry Smoothie

Starting your day with a mix of protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates will give you energy and help you maintain it throughout the day.

 1 cup Frozen mixed berries
 ½ Banana
 ½ Avocado
 1 handful raw greens (spinach, baby mixed greens, kale)
 ½ tsp Cinnamon
 1 tbsp Ground flax seeds
 1 tsp Maca powder
 1 cup Filtered water
 1 scoop Sun Warrior brown rice protein powder

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Use a high-powered blender for best results. Add ice cubes to keep cool and give a thicker consistency.
